AMAI SOLUTIONS LLC is organised in the United States and has no establishment in Spain or any other EU Member State. This notice provides the general information required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services, to the extent it applies.
2. Purpose
AMAI Voice is a SaaS platform for businesses and professionals to configure AI voice agents, telephony, call recording and transcription, campaigns and integrations. This site describes the service and gives access to the platform. Information on the site is not in itself a contractual offer: scope, price and conditions are governed by the Terms of Service, the order or plan and the Data Processing Agreement.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, AMAI SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors own the software, design, trademarks, logos, interfaces, documentation and other materials of the site and the platform. Access grants no ownership of that technology. Reproduction, systematic extraction, reverse engineering not permitted by law and unauthorised commercial use are prohibited. Third-party marks and content belong to their owners.
4. Permitted use
Users must use the site and the platform lawfully. It is not permitted to:
- introduce malware or payloads intended to compromise systems;
- bypass authentication, limits or security measures;
- carry out abusive scraping or automated attacks;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or trade secrets;
- impersonate others or use AI or automation for prohibited activities.
Use of the platform is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. AI-generated content
AMAI Voice uses artificial intelligence systems. Their outputs may contain errors or omissions, are not legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice, and must be reviewed by a person before being used for relevant decisions. See the AI Transparency Notice.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or integrate third-party services governed by their own terms. A link does not imply control over, or a guarantee of, the third party.
7. Availability and liability
We apply reasonable security and continuity measures, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute availability. Service commitments, where they exist, are set out in the applicable contract. To the extent permitted by law, AMAI SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for damage arising from use contrary to the law or these conditions, decisions based on AI outputs without the required review, incorrect data supplied by the user or third-party failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Security
Vulnerabilities can be reported to legal@amai.run with the affected URL, steps to reproduce and observed impact. Do not access other users' data, do not run destructive or social engineering tests, and allow reasonable time for a fix before disclosure. There is no bounty programme.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Relationships with business customers are governed by the law of Spain and submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain), unless the signed order or contract provides otherwise. AMAI Voice is not aimed at consumers; a consumer who uses the site keeps the mandatory rules and forum of their place of residence.
